Order Confirmation Emails

Once you have placed your order on beoplay.com, we will send you a series of  3 emails, provided you submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing the order. 

  1. Order Received Email: sent immediately upon order
  2. Payment Confirmation Email: sent when your card is charged (usually within a few hours)
  3. Shipment Confirmation Email: Includes UPS tracking, and sent when your order has shipped (usually within 24hrs on business/working days)

Free & Fast Shipping 

B&O PLAY offers free shipping on all online orders via UPS ground. We regret that at this time, we are unable to offer rush shipping - but this is a feature that will be added shortly. We currently ship to the following countries: Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden. 

  • European Orders: Orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days
  • North American Orders: Due to the larger geographic area, orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days

Free Returns within 14 days

2-YEAR WARRANTY

    If your product has broken (and is the fault of B&O PLAY) outside the 14-day return window, but within its 2-year warranty you may be eligbile for free repair. CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR WARRANTY POLICY.  


    Shipping Terms & Conditions

    • B&O PLAY has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
    • If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until B&O PLAY has taken physical possession of the goods. 
    • Business/Working Days: B&O PLAY can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.
